The Sakura clinic will provide free medical bills and certificates on behalf of the client that works with your insurance company.
For inquiries about self-pay and insurance payments, please contact the clinic's front desk.
Service process:
1. Customers present a valid insurance card and ID (passport, ID card) at the front desk (for the first time using the service at Sakura).
2. You sign up for the Claim Form from the insurance company and check the bill after completing the use of medical services at Sakura clinic.
3. Payment of charges related to co-payment services between patient and insurance company or services that fall under the exclusion point before you leave the clinic.
